 We look at safety as a moral obligation.  We have an attitude about safety.  We believe we can achieve a “Zero lost time Incident” record, and we believe we can achieve this by actively caring about our employees and our clients.  Our management & staff believe that maintaining a safe, clean working environment is an essential factor in achieving a high quality, cost controlled & accurately scheduled project.

As part of T L & T Ltd.’s safety policy both management and employees have attended

W.C.B. training seminars and regular meetings which focus on current safety issues.  T L & T Electric Ltd. continually updates and improves it safety program to ensure we maintain the highest safety standard.

 Our goal is to take whatever measures are necessary to ensure that all our employees are able to work in a safe, healthy environment- free of injury-and occupational disease.  Having a safe and healthy work place is a goal that is shared between management and staff, clients, subcontractors and applicable unions alike.  As a subcontractor T L & T Electric Ltd. works with the owner to understand site-specific hazards before the project begins.  We perform a risk assessment for the electrical work and then develop and implement a safe work plan, and workbook for each project.

T L & T recognizes that safety excellence cannot be achieved without the active participation of everyone.  For this reason T L & T Electric Ltd will only retain the services of those employees, and subcontractors that through completion of their work continuously demonstrate excellence in compliance with T L & T Electric Ltd and legislative safety requirements.
